Global privacy, plainly stated.

PATRIOTS CHEER CLUB, Inc. (“Patriots Cheer Club,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is a Kentucky nonprofit corporation and is responsible for this notice. It applies to the Patriots Cheer Planner Android application and the public website at patriotscheer.club, wherever they are used.

The app is intended for parents, guardians, coaches and other adult organizers. This notice describes actual product behavior; privacy rights and legal bases may differ by jurisdiction.

You may enter plan names, team or group names, dates, times, locations, focus areas, checklist entries and notes. These records are stored in the app's private SQLite database on your Android device.

The app has no account system or Patriots Cheer Club cloud database. We cannot remotely view, recover or delete these on-device records.

Android cloud backup and automatic device transfer are disabled for app data.

The app uses an Internet connection to request public programs, events, stories, updates, guides and their editorial images from patriotscheer.club. The latest successful edition and previously loaded images may be cached on the device so content remains useful when the network is unavailable.

The app does not include an account system, advertising, analytics, behavioral tracking or location tracking. Club-feed requests do not include your plan fields, notes, checklist content, contacts, precise location or advertising identifiers.

App and website delivery

Our hosting and security providers may process standard technical data needed to deliver and protect the public feed and website, such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or app user-agent information and security signals. We do not use this information for behavioral advertising.

The website does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies. Links to maps, email or other external services become subject to those providers' notices when you choose to follow them.

Information leaves the app only through an action you initiate:

• PDF sharing: Android opens a compatible sharing application and you choose the recipient and final send action.
• Backup export: the app writes a readable JSON file to a location you select through Android's document picker.
• Backup import: the app reads only the file you select.
• Email: your email application prepares a message that you review before sending.

The selected operating-system service, email provider, storage provider or destination application processes information under its own terms and privacy notice. Review recipients and attachments before sending.

If you email us, we receive the address, message and attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, maintain service records, prevent abuse, protect the service and comply with applicable law.

Where a legal basis is required, processing may rely on your request or consent, steps connected with providing support, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, or compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent where consent is the applicable basis, without affecting earlier lawful processing.

• Plans remain on your device until you delete them, clear app data or uninstall the app.
• The cached public club edition is replaced after a successful refresh and is removed when app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled.
• Exported backup files are separate. You must delete them from the location where you saved them.
• Support communications are kept only as reasonably necessary to handle the request, maintain appropriate records, protect the service and meet legal obligations.
• Website security and delivery logs are retained according to the operational schedules of our hosting and security providers.

Patriots Cheer Club is based in the United States. The app does not include your on-device plan database in public content requests.

Information you voluntarily send to us, and technical data processed to deliver the app feed or website, may be handled in the United States or other countries where relevant providers operate. Where required, transfers are subject to appropriate contractual or legal safeguards.

The app is an adult planning tool and is not directed to children. Parents, guardians and coaches should enter only information necessary for coordination. Do not place sensitive medical details, government identifiers, precise personal contact information or other highly sensitive youth information in free-text fields.

If you believe a child has sent personal information directly to us through email or another channel, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

Because the app does not send us its local plan database, many requests about that data can be completed directly on the device. For information we actually hold, applicable law may provide additional rights.

EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland and Brazil

You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, obtain portable information, withdraw consent and complain to a supervisory authority, subject to legal conditions and exceptions.

California and other U.S. states

You may have rights to know, access, correct or delete covered personal information and to receive equal service when exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or process it for targeted advertising. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics.

Canada, Australia and other regions

You may request access or correction and may have the right to complain to the relevant regulator where local law applies.

To make a request, email [email protected]. We may request reasonable information to verify the request and the jurisdiction involved. Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authority.

Android app-private storage, disabled cloud backup and HTTPS-only public content requests reduce exposure. No device, file or transmission method is completely secure.

• Use a device screen lock and current Android security updates.
• Store exported backups only in trusted locations.
• Review the destination, recipient and attachment before sharing.
• Delete plans and backups when they are no longer needed.
• Use Refresh only on networks you trust when practical; the built-in or cached content remains available offline.

Browser “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals do not change app behavior because the app performs no behavioral tracking or sale/sharing. We will evaluate legally recognized signals for relevant future website practices.

We may update this notice when product behavior, providers or legal requirements change. The current version will appear here and in the app with a revised effective date. Material changes will be highlighted where reasonably appropriate.
